Actor's Roadmap
with Heidi Linden
Weekend Workshop, Sat 22nd & Sun 23rd March 

In this two day intensive, Heidi Linden, an industry expert, will guide the actors through a thorough examination of their materials, what changes can be effectively made, and point out positive changes to be made and guide the actor into next step choices.

Day One will focus on Heidi making in-depth examinations of show-reels, head-shots, resumés, and online and social media presence, which she will have been sent previously to gain an insight as to where the artist is presently in their career.

By working through everyone's materials, we gain an insight into what works for some and not for others, but also what changes we can make to improve our materials.

The day will finish with Michael Pitthan presenting a workshop on;

Slate Tapes: Do's and Dont's.
The introduction video for a casting or a self tape is often times an actors most valuable 30 second window of opportunity, that allows the Casting Director and Director to see you. We'll look at how best to use that opportunity.

Day Two, is open to previous participants of Heidi's workshop from November 2024.

The day will start with Heidi giving a presentation on what next steps are available, and how individuals can maximise their career position and experience to best advantage. Finding out what individual traits are most marketable, and where opportunities might lie.

Afterwards, Studio 32 will have set up different areas to shoot 'Me Tapes', work on Slates, and also Lauren Mercier will be working in the photo studio ready to help people update their head-shots. Rates apply.

The day will end in a 'round table' discussion and a casual Q and A, over a coffee, tea, beer, or wine.

Snacks, teas and coffees are included for the whole weekend.
